Josi Fredstrup

Josi, the broker at Easiest Mortgages, has over 23 years of experience in both the real estate and mortgage industries. She began her career as a realtor, spending her first six years helping clients find their dream homes and build profitable real estate portfolios. When the housing market collapsed in 2009, Josi experienced firsthand how harmful and misleading loan products could be. That personal experience inspired her to transition into the mortgage side of the business with one clear goal—to protect her clients from ever being placed in unsuitable or unaffordable loans.

Since making that change, Josi has dedicated her career to simplifying the mortgage process for thousands of clients across the country. Whether helping with a primary residence, second home, investment property purchase, or refinance, Josi brings deep industry knowledge and genuine care to every transaction. She is a licensed broker in 38 states, a mortgage expert with a strong underwriting background, and well-versed in all residential and commercial lender products. Her commitment is simple: to make the lending process easy, transparent, and tailored to each client’s best interests.

Outside of work, Josi enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, cooking, caring for her animals, and relaxing by the ocean. She also helped launch CommLoan.com and was recognized among the top 10% nationwide in service and production with Wells Fargo for two consecutive years—further testament to her dedication and excellence in the mortgage industry.
